How is Seal Oil usually used?
Seal oil can be found from the blubber of any of the following species: bearded seal, gray seal, harbor seal, harp seal, hooded seal, and ringed seal (in its natural triglyceride form). Seal oil is taken orallyorallyto be taken by mouth (swallowed).

- What is Seal Oil used for?
For all seal oil products:
- source of omega-3 fatty acids for the maintenance of good health
source of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), (and/or) docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), (and/or) docosapentaenoic acid (DPA) for the maintenace of good health
For seal oil products providing 150 mg to 2,500 mg EPA+DHA including at least 150 mg DHA in a daily dose and indicated for children 1 to 18 years of age (maximum doses of EPA+DHA in the table below will apply):
- source of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) to help support the development of the brain, eyes, and nerves.
