- For use as digestive aid:
- dried tuber: 0.5 g in decoction, 3 times per day

For use to help treat inflammation of the joints:
- dried tuber: 1.5 g to 2.5 g in decoction, 3 times per day
tincture, tablet, capsule: equivalent to the dose above
Devil's claw must be taken for a minimum of 2 to 3 months for beneficial effects to be demonstrated.
